Therapy approach
I provide individual therapy to adults presenting with a broad range of cognitive, emotional and behavioral issues. I offer an individualized approach tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences. I use evidence-based psychotherapy drawing from various therapeutic approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive setting to help clients achieve their goals.
